Thank you for choosing our Perch Eyey SDK (“the SDK”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SDK. By downloading, integrating, or using the SDK, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the SDK solely for the purpose of integrating facial recognition capabilities into your applications. You may not sublicense, sell, or redistribute the SDK unless explicitly permitted in writing.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SDK.
Use the SDK for unlawful, harmful, or unethical purposes.
Use the SDK in medical applications or in legal/judicial proceedings.
Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices.

3. Ownership

All intellectual property rights in and to the SDK remain the sole property of Onix Systems. These Terms do not grant you ownership rights to the SDK.

4. Privacy and Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the SDK complies with all applicable data protection and privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). We do not collect or process any personal data through the SDK.

5. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify the SDK at any time. Continued use of the SDK following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

The SDK is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Onix Systems be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the SDK.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license to use the SDK if you violate any of these Terms.

9. Governing Law
